Hi friends,
“Health is
wealth”—though this is an age-old saying, it holds good even today.
A regular cleansing
routine can help you get in the habit of cultivating good skin health. Part of
putting together a good routine is choosing the skin care products that work
best for you.
Once you have
navigated through the skin care aisle and found products that work for you,
come up with a daily regimen that consists of cleansing, exfoliating, toning
and moisturizing:
Cleansing : Choose a
skin care product for your specific skin type --- dry, oily, combination or
normal. Wash in a circular motion with lukewarm water to retain the skin's
moisture.
Exfoliation :
Granular products are best for this procedure to help scrub off all of the dead
skin cells, allowing for maximum skin moisturizing. Good exfoliating procedures
will also help smooth any rough areas of the skin.
Tone: A toner will
help tighten skin and remove any remaining dirt or cleanser residue. At this
stage, you can also opt for a facial mask, but refrain from doing this daily
--- once a week is most effective.
Moisturize : After
completing the toning process, pat your skin dry with a towel. Do not dry up
all of the moisture on your face; pat softly. Apply a moisturizer (preferably
with sunscreen) to keep skin from getting dry. If you have oily skin, you do
not have to moisturize every day; instead try to moisturize three times a week.
Simple but sophisticated homemade
facial cleansers are easy, cheap and effective.
The legendary
beauty Cleopatra’s famed milk baths made her skin soft and supple because milk
contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs).
AHAs such as those found in milk, lemon juice, vinegar, blackberries, grapes, oranges, tomatoes and apple juice exfoliate the skin by dissolving the glue that holds dead skin cells together.

They cleanse the
top layer of skin, allowing the body’s natural emollient oils to reach the
surface cells and help moisturize and relieve dryness. They help cleanse oily
skin and remove blackheads.
The ingredients I
mention here, such as organic apple cider
vinegar, contain an all-natural AHA that you can use at home (avoid the eyes), have 7 percent acidity and are a safe and sure way to get the benefit of fruit acids without danger
to the skin (although even at this low level, you should be aware of the increased risk of sunburn).

The benefits of
homemade fruit acids become evident as soon as you start using them;
your skin starts feeling soft and smooth. To my skin’s great benefit I squeeze a lemon once a week and keep its juice in the refrigerator. In the morning, I dab some of the juice on my fingers and pat it onto my face, leave it on for 10
minutes or so and then rinse.

MY VIEW:- Herbal way to clean your body is the best way for inner body cleaning. Not only this is cheap but also improves your eating habits. There are herbal products also available in the market. The other advantage of this method is that it does not have any side effects and hence is safe. clean your body by taking proper diet.
